Unsere Vision ist, dass du Jodel jederzeit und überall auf der Welt öffnen kannst, um dich mit den Mensch um dich herum zu verbinden.

Bei Jodel sind wir mehr als eine Social-Media-App. Du kannst in sekundenschnelle sehen, was die spannendsten und lustigsten Themen der Stadt sind, Bilder und Videos teilen oder Infos zu Events und Veranstaltungen sammeln. Immer mehr Jodel Nutzer:innen verabreden sich im echten Leben nachdem sie sich auf Jodel über gemeinsame Interessen, Hobbies oder aktuelle News ausgetauscht haben. Mittlerweile nutzen über 7 Mio. Menschen Jodel – vor allem in DACH, Skandinavien und MENA.

Unser Ziel ist es, unseren User:innen das bestmögliche Erlebnis zu bieten. Mit Fokus auf Qualität und Liebe zum Detail sind wir bestrebt, eine Plattform zu entwickeln, die intuitiv, zuverlässig und benutzerfreundlich ist. Gemeinsam mit unserem unglaublichen People and Culture -Team lernst Du alle Aspekte einer Personalabteilung kennen und kannst Deinen beruflichen Entwicklungsweg selbst bestimmen. Zusammen mit dir wollen wir frische Ideen einbringen, den typischen HR Alltag beschreiten und langfristig unsere HR-Prozesse optimieren sowie weitere spannende Projekte realisieren. Mit deinem Engagement hilfst du uns, ein großartiges Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen.

Bei uns lernst Du alles im Handumdrehen. In deiner Anfangszeit wirst Du vollständig in die Themen Office Management, People Operations, Payroll, Recruiting, Event Management u.a. eingearbeitet, so dass Du ein tiefes Verständnis und praktische Erfahrung im Bereich HR aufbauen und vertiefen kannst.

Verbessere und bereichere unsere Firmenkultur durch Support im Office Management und mitplanen bei unseren zahlreichen, großartigen Team- und Firmenevents.
Unterstütze uns bei der Gestaltung einer starken, spaßigen und produktiven Unternehmenskultur, von der man einfach ein Teil sein will.
Spiel eine wichtige Rolle bei der Optimierung aller Schritte der Employee Experience (Onboarding, Development, Offboarding...).
Lerne und unterstütze uns bei der Verwaltung unseres Gehaltsabrechnungsprozesses.

Was du mitbringst, um erfolgreich zu sein

Begeisterung für HR-Themen zeichnen dich aus und du willst tiefer in die Materie eintauchen? Gerne auch ohne Vor-Erfahrung, idealerweise verfügst du jedoch bereits über erste Erfahrungen im service- oder kundenorientierten Arbeiten. Hast du sogar bereits erste HR Erfahrung? Lass es uns unbedingt wissen.
Du fühlst dich in der Rolle als Allround-Talent im Büroalltag wohl. Das heißt: Du bist gut organisiert und kannst Prioritäten setzen sowie in einem dynamischen Umfeld verschiedene Themen parallel bearbeiten.
Fit in MS-Office, und Erfahrung mit Google Suite wäre das i-Tüpfelchen.
Herausforderungen gehst du offen und mit einer proaktiven Haltung an.
Deutsch und Englisch sprichst du fließend.

Jodel wurde 2014 ins Leben gerufen. Die Idee entstand, als wir erkannten, dass es trotz unzähliger Produkte in der Tech Branche keine schnelle und einfache Möglichkeit gab, mit Menschen in unserer Umgebung in Kontakt zu treten.

Jodel was launched in 2014. The idea of Jodel started when we realised that despite countless products in tech, there was no fast and simple way to connect with people around us.

The people behind Jodel are as diverse, creative and friendly as our users. We are a 70+ people strong team with over 25+ nationalities represented in our Berlin HQ and all over the world. Each individual brings a different perspective and approach to the table - but all have the same drive and motivation to create the world’s hyperlocal community. Together, we are building the most successful social media platform in Europe, while still enjoying ourselves in this exciting journey.

In your first months with us, you will be fully onboarded into the topics of Office Management, People Operations, Payroll, Recruiting, Event Management and other topics so that you will have a deep understanding and a hands-on experience in HR.
Together with our incredible P&O team, you will learn all the aspects of an HR department and will be able to choose your career development path.

Your Mission

Support us in shaping a strong, fun and productive company culture that employees want to be a part of aswell as other regularly office-management and admin tasks.
Execute the concept for our future hybrid working setup.
Maintain our internal databases and assure it stays up to date as new hire come. Topic: Data Cleaning.
Play a significant role in facilitating all steps of the Employee Experience (Onboarding, Offboarding...).
Enrich the culture by being part of the project group that organizes the best team events.

What you need to succeed

You have a passion for HR and ideally first working experience in office management, event management, or HR.
You feel very comfortable in the role as an all-around talent in the daily office routine. That means: you are very good at organising and prioritising yourself and handling multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
You are very familiar with the MS Office applications. Google Suite is a nice to have.
You approach challenges proactively.
You are fluent in English.
