Leading Community's regional managers and their teams, you will ensure the continuity of our moderation systems, shape our communication with users globally, as well as enter the promising realm of community development & engagement.
Deine Mission:
  • Lead and grow a team of community experts to a sustainably growing community of millions of active users
  • Champion the interests of the Community and provide actionable community insights based from your team's research, experience and actions to the business 
  • Develop and document a playbook for user growth and community engagement
  • Partner with product to provide a local market perspective on content, community building, essential features, and prioritization of features, taking into account cultural and linguistic differences
Dein Profil
  • Experience in building and managing Community teams (min 2 years) across various markets, ideally for a social network
  • Background in marketing, business development or product management is a plus
  • A passion for helping others, ability to quickly grasp technical concepts, analyze problems and implement creative solutions
  • Structured, self-sufficient and solution-oriented approach
  • Highly analytical; Ability to connect metrics with community work and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Perfect communication skills in English. German is a big plus, other relevant languages include Finnish and Arabic
