Your mission
  • Be part of the Performance Marketing Team and take responsibility for its strategic development in terms of mobile acquisition management and social media marketing
  • managing the performance channels. This includes: setup, testing, monitoring, optimizing and scaling of (new) channels + ASO
  • You take budget ownership and are responsible for planning and executing our mobile performance marketing campaigns
  • You own the creative process: Test and refine creative ideas, messaging, target audiences, ad formats etc. in close cooperation with our marketing designer and other teams
  • Owning the MMP and attribution model (currently Branch)
  • Reporting to Management (Head of Marketing and CEO)
Your profile
  • +2-3 years of experience in mobile marketing for app products in growth and fast-paced environments, especially paid social media
  • Strong understanding of mobile acquisition and its performance related KPIs, aswell as knowledge of retention and applying an analytical mindset
  • Experience in targeting the age groups 18-30
  • Track record of implementing and optimizing campaigns
  • Hands-on expertise in creating high volume installs through paid social, such as 
    • FB/IG
    • Snapchat/TikTok/Youtube
  • Bonus points for other app install campaigns through channels such as Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, DSPs, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, Outbrain, Taboola
  • Experience managing the ad creation process incl. video
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
