Your Mission

  • Join a highly motivated cross-functional team to continue developing Jodel as THE hyperlocal app in the Nordics.
  • Nurture and grow local communities across Finland by learning about and supporting our country-specific operations, including marketing, partnerships, events and trust and safety.
  • Support the planning and organization of Jodel's back-to-school campaigns including in-person events, online partnerships and in-app engagement.
  • Collaborate with and support cross-functional teams to bring a great user experience to Finnish users.

What you need to succeed

  • Social media native: you are passionate about Social Media and love the internet culture and its trends. Bonus points if you are already a Jodel user!
  • Team player: you love to work with a community of forward-thinking people, all personally and professionally invested in Jodel’s mission.
  • Sociable: you love your local community and getting to know new people and feel comfortable in new situations.
  • Background: you have a Bachelor degree from a Finnish university or are currently studying in one and know the student culture very well.
  • Languages: You speak and write Finnish fluently and have strong communication skills. Swedish is a plus.

Jodel wurde 2014 ins Leben gerufen. Die Idee entstand, als wir erkannten, dass es trotz unzähliger Produkte in der Tech Branche keine schnelle und einfache Möglichkeit gab, mit Menschen in unserer Umgebung in Kontakt zu treten.

Mit der App bist du in der Lage, die Stadt, in der du lebst, vollständig zu erkunden, in all ihre lebendigen Gemeinschaften einzutauchen und dich mit Gleichgesinnten zu verbinden. Egal, ob es sich um andere Katzenliebhaber in der Nähe oder die lokale Techno-Szene handelt. Jodel ermöglicht es dir, Memes und Witze zu teilen, Nachrichten zu erhalten, Fragen zu stellen und einfach Spaß zu haben. Du kannst alles diskutieren, von neuen Trends bis hin zur modernen Partnersuche oder Hilfe für soziale Anliegen organisieren.
